On September 12th, 2010,  Tyler Morland won the second Redbull 5000 on his new 2011 DHR. With an extended list of top pros and elite riders, one hundred thirty-one to be exact, Tyler pushed his way through the pack to christen his brand new ride.

For those of you who need to be brought up to speed, the Redbull 5000 is a mass start DH race in Whistler, BC Canada. It consists of a large group of qualified riders sprinting through snow, slush and mud down a 5,020 foot descent! Tyler's winning time ended up being 21:49:82. . . with Curtis Keene 11 seconds back and Chris Kovarik a full 23 seconds behind.

With Kovarik followed by Keene leading the pack out of the starting gate, Morland had his work cut out for him. With only sheer determination as his fuel, Morland had to pass and out maneuver countless racers to take the lead. After over twenty minutes, the very physically demanding course had laid into him but failed to foster defeat as Morland crossed the finish line without another racer in sight!

Now we wait to see what Tyler Morland's next adventure has in hold for his 2011 Turner DHR. . .
